Teaching Personnel is seeking a Primary School Teacher to work in a welcoming Primary School located in the Neath area. The school is known for its strong community values, inclusive ethos and dedicated support for pupils with additional learning needs.

Pay: M2 Scale £172.98 daily rate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Term Time Only, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Swansea

* Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 aligned with the curriculum
* Be proactive and adaptable to plan lessons that enhance student learning and development
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Communicate and collaborate with other school staff
* Maintain a positive and inclusive environment
What Schools (and we) Look for in a Primary School Teacher
* NQT or QTS status
* DBS on the update service (Or willingness to apply)
* Knowledge of the Primary School Curriculum
* Excellent communication and classroom management
* Experience in de-escalating behaviour and supporting additional learning needs.
