Helpdesk Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to external and internal end users. You will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize support requests while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide first-line technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile device users across the Dealer Network and internal teams.
2. Respond to hardware and software enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
3. Troubleshoot and support peripheral devices including printers, copiers, and scanners.
4. Maintain and support the meeting room booking system and other internal applications.
5. Perform routine daily IT maintenance tasks and system checks.
6. Create, maintain, and distribute clear and accurate support documentation.
7. Participate in a rotational weekend on-call schedule, providing remote monitoring and basic support.
