Office & Accounts Administrator (Dynamic Multi-Role Position)

Location: Market Deeping

Flexible – Full Time or Part Time

About Inova Group UK Ltd

Inova Group UK Ltd is an innovative UK manufacturer producing high-tech, energy-efficient modular buildings.

We design and fabricate advanced aluminium-framed structures for residential, commercial and specialist applications — combining engineering precision with modern construction methods to deliver buildings built in days, not months.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our expanding team.

The Role

This is a varied and dynamic position at the heart of our operations. You will be supporting the Sales, Accounts and Production departments — helping ensure everything runs smoothly from enquiry to completion.

No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts (current software Xero and Sage Line 50)

· Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices

· Assisting with credit control

· Reconciling supplier statements

· Supporting payroll preparation

· General bookkeeping duties, Vat returns, Bank reconciliation, etc

Sales Support

· Preparing quotations and customer documentation

· Following up enquiries

· Maintaining CRM and customer records

· Assisting with order processing

Purchasing

· Raising purchase orders

· Liaising with suppliers

· Monitoring deliveries and stock

· Supporting production scheduling

Administration

· General office management

· Handling incoming calls and emails

· Organising documentation

· Supporting directors and management team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· Experience in accounting / bookkeeping

· Experience in sales administration or purchasing

· Strong administrative and organisational skills

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

· A proactive, positive attitude

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience within manufacturing or construction would be beneficial but not essential.
