As ourMechanical Maintenance Fitter, you will:
* Respond swiftly and safely to plant breakdowns, delivering high-quality repairs
* Implement permanent solutions for temporary fixes to improve long-term reliability
* Drive enhancements in plant performance and proactive maintenance
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* Maintain accurate safety documentation and support root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring failures
?? WhatWereLooking For
Yourean experienced mechanical maintenance professional with a passion for engineering excellence.Youllbring:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar maintenance role, including fabrication and welding
* Strong knowledge of maintenance practiceshydraulics and pneumatics experience a plus
* Apprentice-trained Level 3, ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Familiarity with TPM methodology, Continuous Improvement, and predictive maintenance
* Experience using CMMS systems and confidence in Root Cause Analysis
* A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
