Key Tasks and Responsibilities

* Generating and qualifying new business leads

* Building relationships with potential customers

* Managing leads through CRM and social platforms

* Working closely with sales and marketing teams

* Supporting and promoting training initiatives to drive sales

* Identifying new target areas and opportunities

* Tracking performance, KPIs, and conversion rates

* Contributing to upselling and cross-selling strategies

Key skills

* A proven track record in sales (2–3 years preferred)

* Confident, outgoing, and results-driven

* Motivated by targets and career progression

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience in construction is a bonus (not essential)
