As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers on a daily basis through various communication channels, in order to promptly respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. You will provide information to customers and help when they are faced with problems or need information and maintain accurate records of interactions.

What You'll Do:

1. Inbound and outbound communications with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / web-site.

2. Provide top customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support.

3. Respond to inquiry/need and decide upon the most appropriate solution, if applicable.

4. Understand our clients’ products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer.

5. Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system.

6. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving customer service efforts.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Details:

Work Model: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (37.5 hour & 40 hour contracts available)

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour/ £26,520 per annum, based on a 40-hour work week

Office Location: 310 St Vincent Street, Dalmore House, Glasgow, G2 5RU (Our brand new office)

What are we looking for?

8. You are empathetic, a good listener, and want to help others.

9. Experience in a customer service and/or collections is highly desirable.

10. Previous experience in finance or call center environment is an asset.

11. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

13. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

14. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
