The Role
As Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a broad range of surveying and project management services across a diverse portfolio of work. Projects span education, commercial, retail and care sectors, offering scale, complexity and purpose.
* Delivering professional building surveying services
* Managing refurbishment and improvement projects from inception to completion
* Acting as lead consultant and client point of contact
* Preparing specifications, reports and technical documentation
* Contract administration and project management duties
* Working collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a confident and capable Chartered Building Surveyor who brings:
* MRICS status (essential)
* Experience delivering both professional services and project management
* Strong technical knowledge across refurbishment and asset improvement works
* Proficiency in CAD software
* Revit experience (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
* A proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach
