You'll work across multiple business streams, helping to embed a culture of safety and excellence while delivering solutions that meet commercial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Champion and support a generative safety culture across the business
* Assess and assign efficient processing or treatment routes for various materials
* Provide technical evaluation to ensure compliance with permits, legislation, and internal standards
* Scope and assess materials for safe transportation, both internally and externally
* Offer guidance and advice to sites and external clients on technical and operational matters
* Support the development of safe working practices (RAMS) for industrial activities
* Prepare reports and documentation as required, ensuring compliance and clarity
About You
* HNC in Chemistry or a related field
* Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor qualification
* IOSH qualification
* Knowledge of the waste or environmental services industry is advantageous
* Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
