We are seeking an experienced Head of Network Engineering to lead the technical direction, delivery, and growth of a high-performing engineering team at a leading network consultancy and managed services provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on complex network challenges, team development, and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
As Head of Network Engineering, you will:
* Define and execute the network engineering strategy, aligned with business growth and customer needs.
* Ensure high-quality solution design, delivery, and operational standards across all projects.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, fostering technical excellence and accountability.
* Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues.
* Work closely with Pre-Sales and Support teams to translate requirements into robust, commercially viable solutions and ensure smooth project handovers.
* Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies.
