We're launching a brand-new food waste collection service and are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our friendly and passionate team as Loaders.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where you will work as a team to ensure daily collection rounds are completed efficiently and safely.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Loading bins into collection vehicles safely and efficiently
* Working collaboratively to ensure daily collection rounds are completed as a team
* Assist with navigating routes and communicating with the driver
* Ensure bins are returned correctly and any issues reported
* Be the public face of Chichester District Council in the community.
* Supporting the wider recycling and waste teams when needed
