The FA Para Team is seeking a Para Operations Officer to support the England Para Football Programme/Technical Delivery Team through operational planning, delivery, and review processes, with a specific focus on senior training camps, aligned with the England Para Football season plan.

We operate within a hybrid working policy; the role requires on-site presence at The National Football Centre, St. George's Park, 3 days a week, with the remaining days remote. Please consider this commitment before applying.
What will you be doing?
1. Preparing and delivering operational plans and logistics for training camps across all senior Para squads.
2. Managing processes and events such as Programme Selection, player grant allocation, and IDP support.
3. Processing player expense claims in coordination with Payroll & HR.
4. Acting as facilities liaison to ensure accessibility at St Georges Park and other facilities.
5. Coordinating and reporting on multidisciplinary team activities for training camps.
6. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure outstanding programme delivery.
7. Managing kit, equipment, and resource requests for training camps.
8. Communicating effectively with players, coaches, and staff.
9. Supporting season preparation planning with the Senior and Technical Performance Manager.
10. Coordinating media and commercial activities for players.
11. Attending domestic training camps as a Team Manager on a rota basis.
12. Traveling domestically and internationally as required.
13. Serving as a designated safeguarding officer when acting as Team Manager in the absence of Player Support.
14. Executing additional tasks to meet FA priorities.
15. Complying with policies to maintain health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
16. Completing a DBS check as part of our commitment to a safe environment in football.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
* 5 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of elite sport.
* Experience in an elite sports environment, including event or team management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent planning, project management, and budget management skills.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Flexible working hours and willingness to travel.
* Ability to create presentations and engage stakeholders.
