Job Description
Make your mark as Tendering Coordinator at Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen. The postholder is responsible for supporting the tendering function through close collaboration with Tender Specialists in the preparation of responses to all client tenders and enquiries. You will provide structured administrative support throughout the full tender process, from receipt of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) through to the formal handover of successful submissions to the project delivery team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity at all stages.
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to;
13. Ensure that Invitation to Tenders (ITTs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) received from Clients
14. are recorded and receipt notified to relevant internal personnel
15. Review of Client ITTs, RFQs and all other types of requests to identify all deliverables and input
16. into Tender Management Tracker
17. Support Tender Specialists in actioning tender deliverables
18. Preparation of all Client tender documentation to a professional standard in compliance with
19. Company’s Management System and Client requirements
20. Maintain Tendering records, work with Tendering Managers to collate, record and report on
21. departmental and functional statistics
22. Provide administrative and analysis support to the Tendering department as required
23. Keep Bid Libraries and reference documents organised and up to date.
Qualifications
You can make your mark as Tendering Coordinator if you have:
24. Considerable experience working within a Commercial Administrative/Assistant/Proposals role.
25. Business Management qualification desirable.
26. Strong working knowledge of Tendering/Sales/Estimating processes combined with analytical skills.
27. Ability to effectively manage own workload, and work within given timescales (both internal and external), ensuring project requirements are met focused on delivery.
28. Effectively handle confidential and highly sensitive information, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
