The team, led by CEO & Festival Director Paul Ridd and Festival Producer Emma Boa, works to create a world‑class showcase for independent film and filmmaking talent.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will engage public and industry audiences with EIFF, promoting key messaging for the new iteration of the Festival and ensuring high‑level consistency across all communications. The role is responsible for developing, delivering and managing the marketing and audience development campaign for EIFF 2026, enhancing the festival's reputation, driving ticket sales and participation through digital content, display, print management, venue dressing, marketing and media partnerships, and sales and audience data tracking and analysis. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with other teams, external agencies and partners to meet the strategic ambitions of the festival, partner and stakeholder needs, and core marketing aims of audience engagement, participation, sales and reputation elevation at local, national, and international levels. The Marketing Manager will head the marketing team, including the Marketing Coordinator, Publications Coordinator, Digital Campaigns Coordinator, Ticketing Coordinator, Display Coordinator, Photo Editor, and Videography/Photography team.

Salary: £31,000 – £35,000
