The role: As a Legal Assistant in our Plot Sales department, you will play a vital role in handling the sale of new-build properties for a range of developer clients. You will be responsible for managing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process from reservation through to completion. This role would suit a passionate and dedicated individual with a genuine interest in property work, who is seeking a long-term career opportunity and excels at building strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients. This role can be based at either our Hull or York office.
