A Kidderminster children and young people’s service is looking for a dynamic Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead their team in outstanding, holistic residential care. The service offers a safe, secure and nurturing home for young people aged 16 who require round-the-clock support relating to their mental health and wellbeing. As Registered Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be managing the team’s activities, assuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and maintaining effective safeguarding and welfare measures. Your leadership will help ensure residents receive extensive support to build their confidence and independent living skills in a tailored environment, with access to positive, constructive opportunities for development and self-expression.
