Business Management & Reporting
Support business management activities, including financial oversight, procurement, vendor management, and workforce tracking.
Build and maintain reports for both senior and junior management, translating complex data into clear, presentable formats (Excel, PowerPoint).
Take minutes and track actions from key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Financial & Accounting Oversight
Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
Oversee purchase order management and month-end financial processes.
Workforce & Vendor Management
Track workforce headcount and hiring pipelines.
Assist with joiner-mover-leaver processes and workforce analytics.
