What you will be doing
* Providing one to one or small group support for pupils with a range of SEND
* Helping to build a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt tasks and routines
* Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence
* Celebrating progress in all its shapes and sizes

* Experience supporting children with SEN, or a strong interest in moving into SEN work
* A calm, patient communicator who builds trust easily
* Someone who brings positivity into busy classrooms
* A team player who is happy to get involved and stay proactive
* Reliable, compassionate and ready to make a genuine difference from day one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
