Carnival UK is seeking an experienced Search Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid search strategy for P&O Cruises. This is an excellent opportunity for a search marketing professional, ideally from an agency background ready to transition into an in-house leadership role with greater strategic influence.
Role Overview
1. End-to-end ownership: Move from managing multiple clients to shaping the paid search strategy for one of the UK’s most iconic travel brands
2. Significant responsibility: Manage a multi-million-pound paid search budget and deliver measurable impact
3. Leadership development: Gain line management experience by coaching and mentoring a Senior Search Marketing Executive
4. Direct collaboration: Work closely with major partners such as Google and Microsoft to implement best-in-class strategies
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK08 and offered as a full-time position on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days a week from home.
What We’re Looking For
5. Demonstrable experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns and significant budgets
6. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related tools
7. Strong analytical capability and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
8. A strategic mindset with an understanding of cross-channel marketing
