Responsibilities
* Manage files from instruction through to completion, including sales and purchases, remortgages and new build transactions.
* Provide a high-quality, client-focused service in a supportive and growing practice.
Candidate
* Applications are welcomed from qualified Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers.
* Minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Proactive, organised and detail-oriented with strong communication and IT skills.
* Demonstrates a client-focused approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
