A leading offshore law firm in Guernsey is seeking a Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its expanding practice. Key Responsibilities Advising on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, private equity, and corporate finance. Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on cross‑border mandates. Managing client relationships across financial institutions, investment managers, and corporate clients. Contributing to business development and the growth of the corporate practice. Requirements 2-5 years' post‑qualification experience from a reputable law firm. Experience in general corporate, M&A, private equity, or related transactional work. Common‑law qualified (UK, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa).
