Role SummaryThis is a test advert to refine the process for Internal Applications through BM Recruit. Key responsibilities (in order of priority):· To act as a reliable and positive first point of contact for internal comms, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion administration queries.· To review employee engagement, diversity & inclusion administrative processes, making recommendations on process efficiencies and implementing those as agreed.· To work collaboratively within the HR Operations team to pro-actively identify and implement areas for administration process improvements.· To oversee employee engagement tasks that are managed by the HR Coordinator team to ensure the provision of timely, customer focused and accurate administrative support.· To provide administration support and assist with the delivery of employee engagement and diversity & inclusion initiatives, including but not limited to developing a new Intranet system; employee recognition pathways; equality pay assessments; and staff diversity network groups.· To assist with the management of the employee engagement survey; contact system provider to resolve issues where necessary.· To collate information and produce reports to enable the organisation to develop action plans that respond to survey results.· To coordinate and evaluate employee engagement /diversity and inclusion events· To cultivate opportunities for staff offers and benefits and oversee relationships with providers.· To support the development of Intranet content.· To manage the internal communications inboxes to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner.· To carry out research and search for relevant documentation.· To undertake any other tasks appropriate to the level and the nature of the post.· To carry all duties with the due regard to the Museum’s relevant policies and procedures.DOES NOT NEED TO GO THROUGH SOC!!
