We’re partnering with a well-established international business seeking a proactive and commercially minded Service Coordination Manager to join their UK Operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong aftersales, service coordination, or operational management experience within a manufacturing, technical, or product-based environment.
The role:
Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the full service lifecycle — ensuring operational efficiency, supporting technical service delivery, improving repair turnaround times, and driving continuous improvement across the aftersales function.
You’ll act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, service centres, and international stakeholders, helping ensure high standards of service performance and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the service and aftersales operation
• Coordinating service activities from intake through to completion
• Monitoring service KPIs, turnaround times, and operational performance
• Conducting root cause analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
• Building strong relationships with service partners and stakeholders
• Supporting warranty processes, claims management, and audit compliance
• Assisting with technical investigations and product quality reporting
• Collaborating with European teams on service best practices and improvements
• Supporting planning, scheduling, and workload prioritisation
• Driving operational consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within service, aftersales, or operational coordination in a product-based environment
• Previous team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience working with SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous
• Good Excel and reporting capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a busy operational environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
