Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Golf Coach located in Basingstoke. The Golf Coach will be responsible for providing professional golf instruction, managing golf activities, and coaching individuals and groups to improve their game. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, developing personalized coaching plans, analyzing player performance, and collaborating with other coaches and staff to deliver a comprehensive golf program.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Golf Instruction and Sports Coaching
* Proficiency in Golf Management
* Strong Coaching skills and experience in player development
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Experience in using technology and software for coaching is a plus
* Certification from a recognized golf coaching authority is preferred
* Passion for golf and commitment to continuous professional development
