Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operator/CNC Setter, you will be responsible for maintaining production targets and delivering high-quality products. Your tasks will include:
7. Operating CNC machines to produce precise and high-volume parts
8. Conducting quality checks using advanced measuring equipment
9. Adhering to health and safety procedures
10. Collaborating with the team to generate ideas for improvement
11. Actively participating in your own and others' development
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
12. Prior experience in machining (advantageous, but full training provided)
13. Knowledge of machine tools and metric dimensions
14. Attention to detail with a high degree of near vision
15. Ability to maintain precise measurements within +/- 5 microns
16. Strong team player
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
17. Experience in a similar role
