As an Associate in the Energy & Regulated Industries team, you will:- - Advise on a wide range of complex commercial contracts, including long-term power purchase agreements, fuel supply arrangements, and multi-party industry codes. - Support major transactional work involving the development, financing, and sale of energy generation and infrastructure projects. - Work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, and IT teams to deliver seamless, sector-focused advice. - Develop and manage client relationships, engaging directly with governments, regulators, utilities, developers, network operators, and energy suppliers. - Contribute to thought leadership and remain at the forefront of developments shaping the UK energy market. - You will be joining a close-knit, non-hierarchical team that values collaboration and professional growth.
