About the Role As a maintenance engineer, you'll provide both proactive and reactive engineering support across an advanced, fully automated site. The facility runs state-of-the-art systems including conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and strapping machinery. Key Responsibilities: Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, including quarterly strip-downs Respond to breakdowns and carry out effective fault-finding and repairs Work across mechanical (bearings, belts, shafts, pneumatics) and electrical (sensors, switches, relays, panels) systems Use a tablet-based CMMS to track jobs and log work Maintain high levels of communication with the team and the customer via radio, phone, and email Contribute to improving engineering uptime and customer service What We're Looking For This position would suit a well-rounded maintenance engineer with strong electrical skills and a proactive mindset.
