A fast-paced, high-performing engineering team is looking for a Lead Devops Engineer with the perfect balance of technical expertise and leadership strength. You’ll step into a critical role, helping shape the team’s CI/CD capabilities and cloud native infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines
Design and modernise cloud-native infrastructure (They use Oracle Cloud, but any cloud background is welcome)
Drive cross-team technical initiatives and delivery excellence
Mentor and grow engineers while embedding a DevOps culture
Foster operational maturity, reliability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Solid hands on engineering background, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Helm, and observability stacks
Hands-on mindset paired with proven experience leading initiatives and influencing stakeholders
Deep understanding of platform reliability, DevEx, and delivery at scale
Ability to remain cool-headed under pressure and navigate ambiguity with confidence
