Salary: £34,900 (Starting) ➔ £36,900 (Post-training)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: 4 or 5 Shift Patterns (Including Nights & Weekends)

The Role: Precision, Quality, and Teamwork
As a vital part of our production team, you won’t just be "working a line." You will be mastering complex machinery and ensuring our products reach global customers in perfect condition. Your day will include:
* Machine Operation: Operating a range of advanced machinery to convert products to exact customer specifications.
* Quality Excellence: Conducting vital quality checks to maintain our high standards.
* Logistics: Packaging finished goods securely and preparing them for worldwide shipping.

What we are looking for:
While we provide full training, the right "can-do" attitude is essential. We are looking for:
* Flexibility: You must be able to commit to our shift patterns, which include night shifts and weekend working.
* Communication: Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Education: Ideally, you will have 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Maths and a Science.
* Bonus Skills: Previous manufacturing experience or a Forklift License is a major plus, but not a dealbreaker!
