What you’ll be doing
* Originate and lead debt advisory mandates across UK mid‑market transactions
* Develop relationships with private equity investors, lenders and corporate clients
* Deliver strategic funding solutions across acquisitions, refinancing and growth transactions
* Build and shape the firm’s long‑term debt advisory proposition alongside senior leadership
What you’ll bring
* Proven debt advisory or leveraged finance experience within the mid‑market
* Strong track record of originating and converting client opportunities
