Business & Incident Relationship Manager
Doncaster (1 day office based) | Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits | Full Time
Elevation Recruitment Group’s Business Support team are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Business & Incident Relationship Manager to join a highly visible and business-critical operational resilience function.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced incident management professional who thrives under pressure, can confidently lead during high-severity events, and is comfortable influencing senior leadership teams in fast-moving situations.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the wider business response to major incidents and disruptive events across the organisation - ensuring customers, colleagues, operations, and communications are effectively managed while specialist teams work on resolution in the background.
Incidents could range from operational disruption within contact centres through to security threats, reputational events, or wider business continuity challenges.
The Role:
* Lead the coordination and management of major business incidents and severe operational events
* Act as the central point of communication during high-pressure situations
* Work closely with operational, business continuity, risk, technology, and senior leadership teams
* Ensure the business response is calm, controlled, and aligned during incidents
* Manage communications and actions relating to customers, colleagues, and operational impact
* Drive root cause analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activity
* Produce incident reporting and MI for senior stakeholders
* Support and manage an Incident Analyst within the team
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience within Incident Management, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, or similar
* Can remain calm, decisive, and highly organised under pressure
* Is confident operating with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
* Has strong communication and coordination skills across multiple business areas
* Can challenge, influence, and keep momentum during critical incidents
* Has previous line management or team leadership experience
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

The company operate a 24/7 service; hours are Monday - Friday role with participation in an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 6/7 weeks). Hybrid working – 1 day minimum in the office per week.
