Junior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Own a portfolio of approximately 60 customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and achieving your sales target.
2. Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.
3. Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
4. Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services into your customer base.
5. Introduce the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs.
About You
* Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to client needs quickly and effectively.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
* A passion for continuous learning, personal growth, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
