The Role You will provide day-to-day support to an experienced Residential Conveyancer, assisting with a varied caseload of local residential property matters. The work is non-panel and non-volume, allowing for a more measured and client-focused approach. Typical responsibilities will include: Opening and closing files Preparing draft documentation and correspondence Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors Assisting with post-completion matters Managing diaries, file progression, and general administrative support The Team & Environment Youll be joining a small, friendly and collaborative team, where support staff are genuinely valued.
