Client Overview:
The Client is a leading MRO provider to commercial aircraft across the UK and internationally.
Role Overview:
* You will be responsible for the operational, commercial, budgeting and strategy of the clients entire station operations at Luton airport.
* In addition to the above, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the line station.
* You are responsible for meeting all regulatory needs and reporting any deficiencies to the Operational Maintenance Manager for their region.
Previous Experience Required:
* Management of large shifts of Engineers or entire Station.
* Proven experience in man management (appraisals and performance management) and mentoring / development of Junior Engineers.
* Experience dealing with P+L and Budget for aircraft operations.
* You do not need to currently hold an active License but must of held one during your career.
* Experience with A320 would be beneficial.
