Job Description:
Responsible for screening potential or existing business partners, customers, suppliers, and other entities according to TD SYNNEX policies and regulations, using various organizations and systems to provide feedback to managers and facilitate communication with sales and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
* Support Regulatory Compliance team
* Screen names/addresses against Denied Party lists as per TD SYNNEX policies
* Make decisions and record evidence
* Escalate issues to managers when necessary
* Follow SOP procedures
* Classify ECCN
* Handle compliance-related correspondence promptly and correctly
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Entry Level (0-1 years of relevant experience)
* Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification
* Effective communication in English and local language
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Basic knowledge of EU import-export Customs Regulations
* Knowledge of EU and US classification and export controls
* Experience or knowledge of international trade
* Good communication skills
* Teamwork and analytical skills
* University degree is an advantage
* Proficiency in English and local language; additional European languages are a plus
* Experience in compliance or international trade preferred
* Computer skills including MS Office; SAP or Business Intelligence experience is a plus
Working Conditions:
* Home office 80%
* Monday to Friday, flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, and some weekends
* Work on public holidays
* Temporary 12-month contract
