Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our close-knit team.
The Role
This position is ideal for a hands-on Vehicle Technician who enjoys varied mechanical work and wants to be part of a small, reliable team where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics, with MOT testing included if you hold a valid licence. The role offers long-term stability, consistent hours, and a genuine work–life balance.

£35,000–£42,000+ basic salary depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and accurately
Conduct MOT tests if qualified (not essential but highly desirable)
Maintain strong safety, quality, and workmanship standards
Work collaboratively within a small, professional team
What We're Looking For
Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
Previous experience in an independent or dealership workshop
MOT licence beneficial but not essential
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
