You’ll lead independent investigations into disciplinary, grievance, whistleblowing and other HR casework, ensuring fairness, transparency, and legal compliance throughout. Communicate confidently, empathically, and with clarity during staff and witness interviews? Analyse evidence objectively and produce clear, well-structured investigation reports?
