What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties).
* Helping children feel calm, confident, and ready to learn through structured routines and positive reinforcement.
* Supporting access to learning in and out of the classroom, adapting resources where needed.
* Working closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and therapists to create personalised support plans.
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for every pupil.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school-based or otherwise).
* Calm, patient and resilient with strong communication skills.
* Able to follow EHCPs and work closely with teaching teams.
* A team player who’s also confident working independently.
