Due to their continued success they are offering a several Corporate Tax opportunities in their new Cardiff office.
Job Description
* Build and maintain tax relationships with clients including owner-managed SMEs and medium sized groups.
* Work with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide tax input into due diligence projects
* Work with managers on advisory projects and transaction support
* Develop own and colleagues' professional abilities
* Provide an exceptional level of client service
* Prepare and review computations and liaise with specialists on technical matters
* Manage client's corporate tax affairs including payments, enquiries and providing ad hoc advice
* Support colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have:
* An ATT/ACA/ACCA Qualification.
* Part-Qualified or Qualified CTA.
* Proven experience in an associate role or equivalent within a tax department (Mixed Tax or Corporation Tax).
* Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, i.e. payroll taxes & SDLT.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using tax software and digital tools.
