EuroLondonAppointments is partnering with a leading international retail organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor (Dutch Speaking) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a confidential role, supporting Dutch-speaking employees while helping drive HR service excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking colleagues, managing queries across payroll, policy, and HR cases.
* Provide practical advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policy.
* Support process improvements, deliver short trainings sessions, and coach colleagues to embed best practice.
* Maintain HR resources, create guides, and contribute to internal communications.
* Identify trends and opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
* Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
* Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law with hands-on HR experience.
* Experience in a high-volume HR or shared services environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ideally, a recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
