They are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Bolton. Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, collaborating with in-house legal teams. The role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, a result-driven attitude, and a professional, energetic demeanor.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
2. Collaborate with clients’ legal departments on international deals, procurement, marketing, and other legal matters.
3. Manage caseloads and ensure compliance with delivery processes.
4. Maintain and update data in company and client systems.
5. Assist in developing contract templates and tools for the team.
6. Contribute to continuous service improvement and value addition.
Requirements:
* Law degree or legal qualification.
* Legally eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Client-facing experience and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services sectors.
* In-house legal experience.
