What you’ll be doing:
* Welcoming guests like old friends – warm, professional, and always personal
* Leading and supporting a team of amazing hosts during your shift
* Training new team members and helping your crew grow with you
* Solving problems with confidence and kindness
* Ensuring everything runs smoothly – from check‑in to check‑out
* Using hotel systems (like Protel) to keep operations seamless
What you’ll have:
* You’re a people person through and through
* You’ve worked in customer service before (hospitality is a big plus)
* You’ve got team leadership energy – even if it wasn’t your job title yet
* You love learning new tech and tools (hotel booking systems = bonus points)
* You’ve got your own way of getting here – we’re in beautiful countryside (lucky us!)

Contract: Permanent.
Hours: Full time – 40 hours worked on 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
