Automotive Paint Technician – Luxury & Performance Vehicles
We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Paint Technician / Vehicle Refinisher to join our clients Paint Shop team. You’ll be working on some of the most exciting luxury and high-performance cars, helping us deliver flawless paint finishes that stand out on the road and track.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on with all stages of the painting process – from surface preparation through to colour application and refinishing. Working with both metallic and carbon fibre, you’ll use your expertise to achieve premium-quality results every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and refinish panels and vehicle components to exacting standards
* Apply both waterborne and solvent-based paint systems
* Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to the highest level
* Assist in developing and improving paint processes
* Monitor and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a paint technician, spray painter, or vehicle refinisher (luxury or performance cars preferred)
* Training/qualification in paint or panel preparation (C&G or similar)
* Strong knowledge of surface prep, colour matching, and defect repair
* Detail-focused, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
