About Beaumont College Residential Support
Our Residential Teams support students to live and learn at Beaumont College. Following a Pathway to Adulthood, those students who are residential enjoy living alongside their peers, applying what they have learned into living, and enjoy life as a resident at college. There is a developing weekly activities schedule, which includes gaming, crafting, disco's, karaoke, and more. Students may have complex health conditions and/or diagnoses or autism or similar conditions. Training around positive behaviour support will underpin the planning for daily routines.
Responsibilities
* You will join a skilled and experienced team of colleagues and support a wide range of students as they live away from home from the first time.
* This role involves working shifts, morning, evenings and weekends.
* Driver preferred but not essential.
