A day in the life of a Director of Sales…
You'll lead our proactive sales team to
drive revenue
across Aloft Birmingham and The Eastside Rooms. Your role combines
strategy and action
: coaching your team, meeting key clients, uncovering new business, and implementing initiatives to grow market share locally, regionally, and nationally. You'll build strong relationships and keep our hotel and event spaces top of mind for
corporate, group, and MICE customers
.
What do we need from you?
* Proven track record in
hotel and/or conference sales
* Experience driving revenue across
corporate, group, and MICE markets
* Strong
commercial acumen
and
negotiation skills
* Ability to build relationships at all levels
* Inspirational leadership to coach and develop a proactive sales team
* Confidence in analysing data and delivering strategies that grow market share
