The Role
As part of the Commercial Litigation team, you'll handle a broad range of contentious matters including:
* Contract disputes and debt recovery
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Property litigation
* Contentious probate
* General dispute resolution
You'll work closely with three senior Partners who will provide guidance, oversight, and opportunities to grow. The team structure ensures work is allocated appropriately, giving you the chance to build confidence and capability quickly in a well-supported environment.
About You
* You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE
* You'll have strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and a flexible, proactive mindset
* You'll enjoy working as part of a team and be comfortable managing your own caseload
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills are a must
