Plumber Multi Trade Required – Swindon – Void properties
Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in Swindon to work on void social housing properties on an excellent new long term contract.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,000-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
Plumber Multi Trade Day to Day:
1. All aspects of maintenance work in void properties
2. Main focus on plumbing work
3. Completing a variety of works in various other trades
4. Driving a company van safely
5. Reporting to your supervisor
6. Getting a property ready for the next tenant
7. Replacing kitchens and bathrooms
8. Full renovations
Plumber Multi Trade??????? Requirements:
9. Plumbing qualification or time served
10. Good multi trade experience
11. Previous experience working within social housing
12. Good attitude
13. Honest and reliable
14. Full UK driving license
15. DBS will be done for successful candidate
