HOURS:
Full time

WORKING PATTERN:
Two days per week (or 40% of your time) at our Colmore Row office.

About this opportunity

We're at a pivotal moment in Business Banking (BB) Relationships, and we're looking for a Development Manager to help shape what comes next. Since launching in July 2024 to provide proactive support to BB clients, the team has gone from strength to strength-and now we're expanding our reach to support all clients with turnover above £1 million. This is your chance to play a leading role in a fast-growing, high-impact team that's central to Commercial Banking Coverage (CBC) in BCB. Reporting directly to the Head of BB Relationships, you'll be part of the leadership team driving performance, designing cross-functional product campaigns, and using data-led insight to evolve our relationship model and deliver on our ambition to be the best bank for businesses. .

What you'll do:

* Define, own, and implement strategies to identify key client opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a data led approach - including product campaigns.
* Lead the planning, strategic development, and delivery of initiatives to drive and enhance client relationships.
* Support the team in achieving key priorities, which are focused on professionalising the channel, supporting clients, and creating capacity.
* Support with our internal and external communication strategy. Creating impactful presentations and business cases to effectively engage individuals at all levels.
* Work with key partners across BCB and the wider Group.
