Now join forces with our dynamic Account Managers in the Trade Marketing and PR departments as you dive into the exciting world of 360 marketing and communication projects for a diverse array of food, drink and travel clients. Your role will be anything but ordinary, with daily tasks that include: Collaborating closely with your manager and our energetic operational teams to seamlessly manage client relationships and craft innovative marketing and communications strategies. Playing a pivotal role in the development and execution of cutting-edge marketing plans that captivate and engage audiences. Key Responsibilities: Trade Marketing Support the organization of trade shows, consumer events, and in-store promotions to enhance our clients’ visibility in the UK market. Assist in the development of communication materials (design and print) and ensure they adhere to clients’ graphic charter, maintaining brand integrity. Help in crafting and distributing email campaigns via our CRM tool, optimizing engagement for our marketing campaigns. Compile and present detailed reports on campaign performance and operational metrics, offering recommendations for improvement. PR & Digital Research and draft press releases that effectively convey client messages to target audiences. Coordinate product sampling to media outlets to build relationships and enhance brand visibility. Create media reports that offer insights into campaign performance and reach. Develop social media posts to boost brand presence and engage audiences. Support on managing influencers and KOLs partnerships by developing briefs, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong relationships. Campaign development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to innovative campaign strategies. Help perform market analyses to guide strategic decisions for RFPs. Operations & Accounting: Manage storage and logistics for operational efficiency. Provide ad hoc financial assistance. Qualifications: Currently in education and pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing & Communications or a related discipline. Strong interest in food, drink and travel industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Available to be in the office three days a week.
