Description\nAre you good at making people feel comfortable and reassured?\n\nAre you looking for a career where you can learn and grow? \n\nFancy being part of the voice of ScS?\n\nThen we think you’d love working with us as a Customer Service Advisor. \n\nWhat’s the opportunity?\n\nAs part of the Customer Support team, you’ll be responsible for dealing with customer queries once a sale has been processed in store or online. These can include processing payments, updating customers on delivery schedules or any other queries they may have before their furniture have been delivered.\nWhat does the role involve?\n\nSpeaking to customers over the phone, listening to their queries, including complaints and providing a friendly resolution to any problems they may have\n\nAnswering high volume calls within a busy environment, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do\n\nDiagnosing product issues and arranging follow up appointments with relevant internal teams\n\nDemonstrate a passion for providing first class customer service\n\nDealing with demanding calls in a calm and professional manner\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe’re looking for someone who has brilliant communication skills and can make our customers feel comfortable knowing that you’ll do everything you can to help resolve their query. \n\nExperience within a customer service role – face to face or in a call centre environment\n\nExperience within an admin role (desirable)\n\nA good listener – the ability to listen to not only what our customers say but also what they don’t say\n\nAbility to make and influence decisions and the confidence to solve problems\n\nA real people person – the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues\n\nA team player\n\nFlexibility to work shift patterns\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nIT literate\n\nStrong work ethic, resilient, self-starter and a can do attitude \nHours and shift pattern:\n\nWe work hand in hand with our retail stores, so our operating hours often reflect their opening times.
