Here at ISS, as one of the UK's largest and most successful Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to manage engineering maintenance delivery across the large and complex site in the Greater Reading area.
This role will manage an engineering team across M&E, Fabric, and small Projects within a fast-moving facilities environment. The team is tasked with delivering against a PPM and Reactive regimen.
We are seeking a confident Maintenance Manager with extensive FM experience, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance, gather stakeholder buy-in, and ensure contractual and compliance standards are met. This is a hands-on, traditional technical leadership role.
You will lead this effort while collaborating closely with the Project Management team, Account Director, Soft Services, and various customer stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the engineering team to achieve optimal performance
* Assessing supply chain performance
* Working with wider Account stakeholders
* Ensuring the team meets statutory compliance
* Upskilling the Engineering team
* Implementing innovative process improvements
Requirements:
* An engineering qualification, extensive maintenance experience, and a strong management track record
